Minimalist AI runs compatible language and vision models locally on iPhone, iPad, and Apple-silicon Mac.
Before contacting support
- Confirm that the model is fully downloaded or imported and selected.
- For vision, confirm that the main model and matching projector are paired.
- Make sure enough storage is available for the download and temporary verification file.
- Try the smallest recommended model for the device's memory tier.
- Record the app version, device and OS, model filename, and exact error.
Privacy when reporting a problem
Do not send private chats, confidential documents, model files, passwords, or API keys. Non-sensitive reproduction steps and an error screenshot are usually sufficient.

- 使用视觉功能时，确认主模型与对应的视觉投影文件匹配。
- 确认设备存储足够容纳下载文件及临时校验文件。
- 如果设备内存不足，可尝试符合设备内存级别的较小推荐模型。
- 记录 App 版本、设备与系统版本、模型文件名及完整错误提示。
保护隐私
请勿发送私人聊天、机密文档、模型文件、密码或 API 密钥。通常只需不含敏感信息的复现步骤和错误截图。
